I'm Alejandra Álvarez. I design learning programs, run hands-on AI workshops for everyday work and support change management, including on topics such as soft skills, leadership, media training and more.

Learning program design
Learning paths, courses and microlearning built around what people need to do in their jobs, with a way to measure whether it worked.
Change management
When a team has to adopt a new tool, process or way of working: communication, training and follow-up so the change sticks. AI is a frequent case; I also support change in soft skills, leadership and media training.
Content and knowledge
Content strategy, knowledge bases and clear training materials. Learning paths specific to each area, end-to-end follow-up and application, so they serve the people who use them.

My background
I'm a multidisciplinary professional with broad experience in learning, content strategy and marketing. I design in-person and remote experiences so people can understand complex skills and concepts.
